Exchange & Refund Policy

We at  Little Step Toys are committed to providing our customers with the best possible customer experience. We understand that sometimes you may need to exchange a product, and we’re here to help.

Eligibility for Product Exchange

To be eligible for a return, the product must meet the following criteria:

  • The product must be unused and in the same condition as it was received.
  • The product must be in its original packaging.
  • The product must be returned within 7 days of the original purchase date.
  • Customers should make a video while opening the product to claim damage and return or exchange the product.

Process for Product Exchange

LITTLE STEP TOYS  is always available for its customers. If you have any issues with the product, or if there is a manufacturing defect in the product, You can request an exchange of the product.


You can generate your product exchange request by following any one step mentioned below:

  1. You can go to the customer support page and fill out the form with necessary details to generate your product related issues / queries.
  2. You can send your request via email message at info@littlesteptoys.com. 
  3. You can also generate your request via phone call at – ( insert Phone number )

 

After receiving the query our team will contact you within 24 hours and further guide you with the process.

 

The product exchange request should be made within 7 days of the purchase. For instance, if you purchased the item on April 1, then the last day to request an exchange will be April 7.

 

The item to be exchanged must be in its original condition, with all accessories, including manuals and any other items that may have come with the main item.

Damaged or Defective Products

The damaged or defective requests will only be applicable when:

  1. To claim a return and refund for damaged products, first of all, customers should make a proper and clear video while opening the package. If the product inside the package is damaged or broken only then the request will take further consideration.

  2. Customers can only claim one time refund  on a particular order. Multiple refunds and exchanges are not allowed on a single order.

When Refunds Are Provided

  • Refunds are exclusively offered in the situation when product  received in a damaged condition upon arrival. We value our customer’s  and aim to address any concerns regarding the quality of our products.
 
  • If you receive a damaged item, contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving the package. Our team will guide you through the necessary steps to initiate the refund process. To ensure a smooth refund process, please follow the instructions provided by our executives.
 
  • Once we verify the damage, we will issue a refund in the form of a coupon code within 8-10 business days. This coupon code will be sent to your registered email address and can be used for your next purchase on our website.
